Add an ice pack to your order. No one likes melted candy. To keep candies in best condition during hot weather months, it is highly recommended that you use expedited shipping methods as well. You know what the weather is like where you live.
It is your responsibility to select the fastest shipping option plus the ice pack option, if the candy you are buying could be damaged by the travels from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to your address. Each ice pack costs $5.
If we're shipping to a residence, it is also helpful if someone is home to receive the package. Not many people have air-conditioned front porches! And the US Post Office and UPS will not take our direction to leave your package in a specific place.
Please keep in mind that we will not be held responsible for any melted candy items, regardless of the circumstances.
